How far is the apartment from the beach?

About 1 km. Nikiti beach is a 13-minute walk (980 m). A supermarket, a pharmacy and tavernas are 3–4 minutes away on foot.

Is there an EV charger, and what type?

Yes. There is a Type 2 charger (7.4 kW) on the property, free for guests and with no usage limits. Parking on the property is free too.

Is the apartment suitable for small children?

Yes. It is on the ground floor, with a private entrance and a private garden. For children there is a trampoline in the garden, a high chair, a free cot on request (ages 0–3), baby safety gates, toys, children's books and DVDs, and board games and puzzles. Children of all ages are welcome.

How fast is the internet? Can I work remotely?

The apartment has Starlink satellite internet over Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and an office chair.

Is the apartment available in winter or for monthly stays?
